Just had a call from Mick, my fitter Joy, I thought Mick was your husband - does he realise that you have just downgraded him to casual labourer ? He knows his place!

Have sold and fitted my last wood venetian .
I give up - The quality is absolutely abismal.
The Bl**dy Things will just not run up and down properly , and it causes the customer to pull like hell on the cords , putting undue stress on the fittings!
This raises issues such as blinds falling off with damage to customers property etc , and the un-paid D/O/R calls etc .
Its just TOO MUCH to take on anymore !
All samples are now binned!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On another issue i have just refused to do a service call for the following reasons.....
1) Out of my postcoded area. 2) Repair required on a roof pleated - I am not a 'specialist' - If i don't sell them , i'm hardly the best man to repair 'em. 3) £20 ain't enough !
Look out everyone - perhaps you WILL be doing this one next week . good Luck!

If so, we were asked to do a service call this week on this roof, also not in our postcode, also not roof specialists, also refused!!

They decided to stop original advisors doing conservatory sales and fits, so let them get on with it. Hasn't taken long to backfire, and will escalate when the pleateds need tensioning.

Fitted 7 25mm blinds today, 4 of them 200cm wide, £1,450 order value. Fitted 4 50mm blinds last week, £915 order value. All work, though 200cm ones a bit stiff, no obvious splits, cracks or any other damage and 2 very happy customers. Hopefully, they've got the hang of these at last ;D

I DOR'd 8 wooden blinds from a CN job with 17 in total. They still have not arrived...so I asked my FSM to look into it and also to ask what we would get paid to go back and refit 8 woods. His answer this morning.... The DOR requests have gone to "DOR Challenges" department"!!!!! ( NOT the blinds - they are still with the customer - just the actual request)( No mention of any payment for us) Is this because they don't believe us? Are we being checked up on?? It gets worse and worse.

The dor challenges dept is obviously set up because even Hillarys cannot believe they have so many dors on this quality product.
They must think we do it for fun ffs!

the dor challenge dept has been set up to screw hillarys best asset(their advisor network ,if only they realized this?) out of even more money?there is only one or two scripts they will use and that is no sorry that is not a dor its a miss measure or its the advisor's fault he may not have done anything wrong but we will still charge him £20 and then thingy a deaf un when he complains and delay the repayment to him until he's that pi**ed off he either forgets or leaves.its pointless him asking his fsm because they have no balls and our department over rules everybody OK. next we will have a service call challenge dept?see above for their script ;D
