Other than all the obvious problems that are happening with woodens are anyone out there having the same problems as us , in that the blinds when lowered, stop with about 2" to go so we have to tell cust to put fingers on bottom rail to help them down!

Yes its not "Only You!" I get it frequently, but manage to ease it by using the Company supplied SiliconeSpray which u get free from Advisor Support. Before putting blind into brackets give it a good dousing with the spray on all moving parts within the headrail, and that shifts the b****r 9 times out of 10.!! For the 10th one, just DOR it and add a sticker asking how this pile of ****e passed Quality Control?? Dodgybracket

I have to put them on my own little hoist in the garage to see if they work o.k before taking them to fit. It saves the embarrassment, time and effort, finding out if they are o.k before fitting. For the last 3 weeks the blinds are delivered tuesday afternoon, repacked with returns label on ready for going back the following week.. i have now got customers waiting for replacement blinds from orders taken 5 or 6 weeks ago. SO COME ON WOODEN VENETIAN DEPARTMENT, you still haven't got your act together. Bubble wrapping crap, doesnt turn it into quality you know. HOW MUCH LONGER IS THIS GOING ON FOR. Mr Risman have you not looked into this problem personally..................For gods sake do something PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
