Well at least Hillarys management stand a chance to hit their targets and can say how successful they've been. Never mind the company is earning less, losing customers and losing their best advisors.
Management will probably get a bonus for hitting targets whilst we are working harder and earning less. Well not for me for much longer if this continues and I see no deliverables from the forums in January (3 months now, like watching paint dry) I'm off.

Most people get excited if they think they are getting something for nothing,,,don't they.
So why dont we advertise things like spend £100 get this free or that free.
Buy 2 verticals get a roller free. Surely the maths would work out.
Even to this day people refer to the 2 for 1 offers as buy one get one free...
all the 3 for 99's is doing, is demoralising a workforce, ruining our reputation, and sending us into the back streets of hell.

Still trying to rectify a sloping headrail problem from last July, what help do i get from HQ..... none........
Trying to rectify another for another advisor, can I get you to send the extension links for the sloping headrail, that the other advisor didn't put on can i buggery.
This is after i stopped the customer going to trading standards and the BBC, (watchdog).
I talked him around, and even sold another blind to him, on the promise i would have the matter resolved within 2 weeks.
Now 3 weeks later is it resolved..........All this for £20 service call payment, which I will be chasing for weeks.
I ask myself why should i do all this for Hillarys, when if I were doing it for myself It would be done and dusted,,,,, without all the GRIEF.

I would like someone from the "managment" to post on here there reasoning behind 3 for £99 so that I and I am sure many others could try to understand
