IMPORTANT --- DO NOT IGNORE THIS =========================== 136 advisors polled on the site to state THEIR displeasure at the clawbacks and the STOLEN COMMISSION. Has anything happened? NO Are we supposed to let this drop and allow the thieving swine in Colwick to get away with it? NO ---Whats happening?? Nothing ROSSK is supposed to be of some use and purpose --why has no one on the Forums chased him for an answer? ?Why has everyone gone so quiet on this appalling case of corporate theft??? Are you really happy with what has happened?? If they do'nt discuss the matter, which they promised to do but never addressed, what are we doing about it? Or do we just accept that Hillarys management will continue to steal from us at every opportunity, and the only way we will get recompense is to cause them loss or damage to a factor of say 10 times the amount stolen from each of us?? Does anyone one have any balls to take these people on?? How dare they steal without a word of reference or excuse? ? Anyone alive and kicking out there,or are you all a bunch of school girls calling each other silly play ground names!! what is offensive is the way hillarys ignore us and will not answer the questions when asked.
of course members of this forum wish to remain anonimous,the repocussions to vocal members would not be very profitable to our agencys we all know this is true they would hit us in one way or another its their way.backstabbing at its worst but with a smile.
I suggested last week a sam boycott,can we have a poll on this?
this is their baby they want it to run smoothly why should it when nothing else does.
when I say a poll lets have 500 voting just to show that we do care about how we are or could in the future be so badly treated.
the poll shuold be quite simple just yes or no
as for replies from management what do you expect? they would have read your emails joy and i 'm sorry to say ignored them just like they have ignored everything else we have tried to do.

I have been one of the most critical of Hillary's on here at times. I have had no repercussions. As Ross Kenny pointed out to me recently. He knows of my criticisms. Maybe its because I am open about who I am. Maybe its because I am practical with my criticism and not personal with it, I dont know but all I can say is I have had no repercussions, in fact the opposite. I find more people at Hillary's go out of their way to help me now than they ever did before. I am not saying everything is rosy for me, far from it. I do not agree with the commission claw-backs, I do not agree with the miss-measure fines and I think CLG needs a bomb under it, but I am open with it and what I am trying to say is, No repercussions. 130 used their made up names because of repercussions I voted as GVM, a made up name, but I've been open as to who I am since day 1. I've been very critical of both management and departments over the months, I also emailed Ross Kenny and John Risman direct over the payment changes. Like Joy, didn't even get an aknowledgement, let alone an answer, but have had no repercussions whatsoever. In fact, since joining this forum, I've been invited to be part of a 6 advisor team trialing a new pricing structure and way of selling awnings, and done the shutters course. My leads have been good, at least until recently, but all my local colleagues have also experienced a downturn. My last 3 months sales have all been higher than the same period last year, so if I am being victimised because of my expressed views, the only thing I can say " Can I have more of the same please!" ;D So come on, advisorangry  put up or I'll OUT you  |

Red I feel that polls should be run from the top i.e by the moderators for the simple reason that we would know that it was being run fairly and proper.I for one would be sceptical of any poll run any other way. |

An advisor who looks but does not post on here has written to JR with copies to RossK and his FSM demanding a payment or at least a discussion regarding his clawed back commissions--totalling over £450.00 over 2 years!!( (£280.00 over last christmas delivery cockups alone!) and has got a reply!!!!!!!!! It came from his FSM in aphone call---- "This matter is dead and buried in Head Office--STOP NOW bringing it up--Your Letter only caused RossK and me hassle and a quizzing as to why "some old farts" were still on about it" "So you are on your last warning---BRING IT UP AGAIN AND YOU ARE ON LEAD STOPPAGE and there's a new advisor starting on 1st July 8 miles away" "DO NOT PUSH ME OR YOU ARE HISTORY"" This means the buggers want to play hard ball and I can understand why the affected advisor doesn't want to post here as he does not need the sadistic repercussions you get from FSM's when on a mission. When --and I ask again --are HERETICUS and the " It will be allright on the night, just give them time" members going to stand up and be counted? ? Or are you all full of wind and "stuff" They mean to pick us of one at a time unless we get the Hillary chip fitted. It really is sad to see such a well intentioned Forum as this was at the outset, now being shown up as what the FSM told our colleague, as "SOME OLD FARTS" I frankly find life is now too short to bother with Hillarys and will be going, but not before I cost them grief on a serious level. Dodgyb, you sure have hit a point there.
I have cut back on posting here as frankly I find it nowadays to be bit of a "flaccid organ" which sadly is exactly what Hillarys want.
I only drop in once a week , if that, and again find today that no progress has been made on any of the FORUM matter so widely trumpeted at New Year.
Even Hereticus has virtually left the fold and gone walkabout.
I tried on my own to get redress on the Clawedback money, and they told me ( NEVER WROTE IT DOWN!!!!) that the Advisor must also carry some of the risk involved in a sale and the factory missing deliveries, crappy wooden with 4 x DORS is "a risk factor"
so basically go away and leave if you dont like it.
So I am doing that I have signed up with another Blind Company whose products are superior to the shite Hillarys offer,
the new firm do not care where my leads come from, I try to sell Hillarys leads, my girl-fiend (of 12 yrs) sells the other blinds and we always sell the customers need.
Strangely she outsells me 5 to 1!!!
I merely ask what the customer wants and show what we can do as Hillarys, and suggest that if the price isnt right or quality is poor, then tell client I know a girl who has just what you are wanting and she calls up gets an appointment and has sold 14 out of 16!!! ( average order value £243.88!) and the mark up she gets on that is an verage 38% or £92.60 PER DEAL. Advert costs per week £45.00 = no. of leads aprox 6......
What we dont do is kep the two companies blinds in the same garage...because we all know who has been told to spy on our
stocks, and to look for other blind companies products--The Drivers--thats who. Who told me, why my delivery driver, because he plays pool in our pub when he visits his brother and sister-in-law who live in next road to me!!!!!!
HILLARYS---YOU ARE HISTORY--GO AND DIE SOMEWHERE
and sadly folks, as for the FORUMS and the alleged "Power of this Site"--stop fooling yourselves.

It will never happen here or at Hillarys either.
