This is a poll to get some feedback as to whether advisor's agree or disagree with the new dor and service payment structure. Hopefully enough advisor's will vote to give a fairly true idea of the situation so I can take it further. The vote is totally anonymous so dont worry.
Red.
Please note, once you have voted you will not be able to vote again but can come back to see how the poll is developing.

32 votes out of nearly 500 members the football can't be that riviting.if you want to show your true feeling about h/o the only way is to vote otherwise no chance of change.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually Keenasmustard, I am surprised at that many voting so far, as not many people have been loging on over the weekend with the nice weather and the footy. An e mail will go out shortly so towards tomorrow night we should start to see more votes going on.

What exactly are the new rules? Has anybody had them in writing? Wern't they due on the 29th of May? I can't decide whether to accept the £250 public liability fine or a condescending lecture from my FSM. ....I know ... a condescending lecture.

How come Hillarys gets one mistake for Free, but we get charged on the first mistake. An agent error obviously costs Hillarys money so perhaps the old charge of £7.50 would be ok if the same rule applied to advisors.

What do you mean one free mistake? I've had Hillarys make three mistakes in three customers that will mean at least a return journey to each one.Another customer had a vertical with extra short control cords which I replaced on site together with re-adjusting the little split balls, in total nearly an extra hour of unpaid work. Do I agree with the new charges?, Red, not on your chuffing life.

How the hell do we vote on this poll then? Make it easy I don't have the time to work it out. Too many DORs to get back to.

I think it's disgusting. I mean, Hillarys' first error is included in the price we give our customers, but our first error is charged? What is it? One rule for one and one for the other. It's funny how Hillarys always manage to make up these rules in their favour, so us advisors are the ones out of pocket. Especially when they make a rail a carrier short, and the DOR is made exactly the same, come on I should definitely be paid twice for this. This is carelessness. Costing me time and money, when I could be earning some. I hope I'm not the only one who feels like this.

Its also very annoying when we know our miss measures are dwarfed in numbers by Hillary's DORs which just rubs salt in the wound really. The problem really is that both Hillary's and us are out of pocket on any DOR, so the real solution is to cut it down so that means better supervision and checking but that costs money so they dont do it so we all loose even more by the amount of DORs we get. so the real solution is to cut it down so that means better supervision and checking but that costs money so they dont do it so we all loose even more by the amount of DORs we get. so the real solution is to cut it down so that means better supervision and checking but that costs money so they dont do it so we all loose even more by the amount of DORs we get.. Get my drift. all running round in ever increasing circles. Red
