If you want to negotiate and change things you can't continually tar all with the same brush and stop talking.
Name-calling and insulting people will not produce a solution.
I (and I think Hereticus) do not do a dis-service by not wanting to join in with continued rants and insults.
We are not turning on anyone we are trying to be constructive.

Fine, it tells me a lot about you.
You are happy to reap any benefits gained for the majority by the actions of the "fighting few" yet never acknowledge the fact.

I didn't say "I do not want to be associated with those who are prepared to publicise their true feelings about being stolen from" I said I didn't want to be associated with insulting people, ranting and winging.

The second one (about 10 posts down on page 7) has a copy of my email to John Risman. That is what I call standing up and being counted. I did this for my own benefit plus all other advisors. I used my own name, copied all and was willing to suffer the consequences. Within a few days of the email the change to public liability was suspended for a month then changed to a maximum of £250 and also clarified when this would be charge. I feel my input was partly responsible for this outcome. Yes before you say it, there still was and is a lot more that was wrong but at least I did something in my own name without insulting people and this resulted in both an email reply from Mr Risman and a number of phone calls from Area and field managers. What have you achieved ??

A County Court case was started to pursue this very matter 4-5 months ago, and those whose names were on the Plaintiff side ( The Claimants) were either given the hard word about their future supplies of leads by respective FSM's if they persisted with the case or were just asked to go. The case died.
One had their diary so mucked about with--on purpose--that they were forced to work a Bank Holiday weekend when they had specifically booked it off, they then left after a month and now fit kitchens, and still lost £1200 nicked by Hillarys.

See above comments, that how I went about something I wasn’t happy with. I have not had any commission clawback, I had the issue with PL insurance above and also refusal to pay service payments, I used my own name, put up a rational argument and stood by my believes with the offer of not working for Hillarys if we couldn't come to an agreement.

Not sure who's in the bubble but whilst I'm doing well working for Hillarys in an open manner and can sort out disagreements by discussion I will stay with them. If I can't sort out any disagreements, particularly any non-payment, then I will leave. Life is simple, enjoy

On a positive note the new roller and roman books are great and have loads of easy to sell designs.As I was on holiday when my roadshow hit town I missed out who thinks the roadshows are a positive move forward

I do russell. Wasn't much new information as most has come out over the last few weeks but good to get a large number of advisors and management together - helps to breakdown the us and them.

Like the rollers, romans and wood vens, not sure about the honeycomb or the little plastic beads. Like being able to push the shape 1 rollers up in price with trim etc.

Positive about product now, would like to think they can now concentrate on pushing our brand marketing up the ladder and get away from selling cheap blinds.

I thought this was a good idea, done badly.
Why dont we get the chance to ask questions during the meeting? Others have said about us being compared to B&Q, dont understand that at all.
Video was produced by amateurs. At my meetings, we all laiughed at the pictures showing the new blinds when all you could see was a blur of light. Someone stumbled over there words and the sound kept going uyp and down. Perhaps this was made by the local school as a project, but Mr risman obvioulsy felt it was good enough for us advisors
