Another week goes by and still no Commission Statements. Odd sums I cannot track go into my Bank, but I reckon I am £380 down in November so far..
Why?? Anyone else got this happening??
Rang up and eventually got an answer
" Debbie is back now and she is 450 emails behind"
I think folks this needs our full attention rather than less important things like 3 fo£99
What the hell is going on MELISSA???
I bet staff salaries are not jumbled late and wrong??
Thinks ( What would be the effect if 80% of Advisors ALL took a week off together??--Think about it)
The smell around the Nottingham area would be a bit pungent I reckon!!

Here here, do ur contracts need looking at here. I know for a fact i have several invoices not paid for.

Hi Folks
For what its worth I spoke to Dawn in commissions today and she has been off sick for 3 weeks so dont be too hard on her.I think the fault lies with no proper standin available.Im pleased I didnt start today with her desk.

that's what I understand too MM. But is this not a fundemental problem with HQ. If Micheal from pleated is off , nobody else can handle the questions ! What's the solution ? Thanks for setting this up--I have seen other replies this am on the "last 20" section probably under the wrong heading from "Bear"
According to his FSM we are discountable.
Lelissa Bunyan might like to show that she cares by at least popsting a reply to show she has chatted it over with co-directors, but as she gets paid this week, I somehow doubt it.
Seems like we are all shifting great quantities of blinds, yet we cannot register out difficulties with the people who make things happen.
Getting things done vis FSM's and the Service desk is a waste of time and phoner calls.
It would be nice if someone said it was a problem, and being addressed, but again that is too much to ask.
Motters, I and others are waiting 6-8 weeks for
100% deposit orders
Orders done on i/free credit--7-9 weeks
C/card balance payments done on SAM are taking 3-4 weeks--so I never acknowledge the fit at all on SAM, I just do it the old way on paper and get my money in the usual 7-10 DAYS (Yipee!)
And as for end of day reports--thats a scam to use up printer paper so that we have to buy more and make Hillarys more dosh.
Why doesnt someone from Hillarys come down to the sharp end for a week and see what is really happening

I am still waiting for balances paid on SAM 4 weeks ago-- "Oh we have no one with time to trace them" Well I am sorry, but I have no time to send in balances until I get paid up ,see how you like that then?  ?? This whole ignoring commission thing is a joke. "They pay what has been checked "--so "Its allright then?" No it isn't.. What about the shed-loads of stuff dating back weeks that hasn't been checked down because you are too inept to put enough staff in place to handle the work-load? ?? You say we are doing more sales, so we get more transactions, so we get more commission to pay, so we put NO MORE staff in to process the commissions.. MELISSA You need to get a hold of this SHARPISH, as my phone has been red-hot with unhappy UNPAID agents. WHY? ? Strange that, isn't it--THE MONEY IS IN YOUR BANK So No Worries on your account then!!! Just short-change the Agents --why don't you.. Hillarys have had years of practice... Never happens to Staff I bet. |

lets do then gvman week before xmas pay nothing in no sams money none at all wont affect us also we could take ::)zero ::)deposits from now on ooooooppppssss think about sillarys cash flow then again wont affect us at all  |

Staff told not to post because of legal issues??? What a load of Head Office twaddle. What are they going to do--Trace us all and do us for telling the truth??? The *****s are on the run, running scared even. If my Commission is not up to snuff in 7 days I am sitting on all balance until after Xmas. I have another job. They have sat on my money for 4 weeks already, lets see how long they can last if a load of us sat on balances for 4 weeks ITS NOT ON COMING UP TO XMAS, HILLARYS DIGITAL EXTRACTION IS NEEDED ASAP ON THIS MATTER You might think we have no power and are just a lot of gobby Agents. Correct!! But we are right and we Bank your money Pay us up to speed exactly what you owe? Or is it that your Bank won't let you? ? Bear |
