another lead was for a vertical blind for an arched top recess window that clg said was "e;no problem Reginald - yes, I've had this before and I'm the first to admonish CLG for some of the stupid things that they promise customers. However, in this case they may not be to blame. Did your customer specifically say it was an arched recess, or might she have described as bowed, or semicircular at the top, or did she just ask whether we do curved headrails. OK - CLG should still ask the right questions to determine exactly what she meant but maybe they are not completely at fault on this one.

In my opinion they just say yes to everything just to get you in the door

Customer booked in AM tuesday. Given wrong details. So Hillarys book him in again this morning. Fine, ONLY WIFE AT WORK AND HE WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH PICKING COLOURS! So now i have to go a third time tomorrow night and still might not get the order. C L and some customers think we have all the time in the world. Oh and if he orders can we rush it through cos they're going on holiday in mid June. Tell you what mate ill clean your windows before i hang the blinds if you like or do you want taking to the airport?

On 5th May I notified DM that I was on holiday from 2nd June for one week. What do I find?? I've got appointments booked for when I'm out of the country. A case of "Rebook - Advisor not available"

Dont know about you chaps but i recently signed a Data Protection Agreement that let Hillarys give out my phone number if a customer asked. Several have and been told they cant have it! One previous customer rang Hillarys and asked for my number as she had lost it and was bluntly told "If you want to speak to him, you will have to make an appointment!!! Luckily she found it. Dont they put a warm feeling in the heart. Or is that indigestion?

It amazes me that no matter how many different Threads you read on here they all have this same problem in common in that Sillarys just seem to make everything so difficult to do the job!!!!
Whether it's like 'Dolly's' posting re-H/O not giving customers our details & creating an unnecessary Appointment or to 'Reds' 300 hanger request.
As I've said before ... SillyBillys are creating reasons NOT to sell!!!!

Mr. De-motivated Italian Sauce Man!!!!!
