Ignoring This Forum ??

Head Office seems to be ignoring this forum with only two of "them" making very occasional postings.

The forum was only a few advisors and now it's many more but still a minority BUT, it IS growing:-

14th Oct - 81 members 10%
31st Oct - 100 members 12%
12th Nov - 130 members 16%
22nd Nov - 145 members 18% !!!

% based on 800 advisors, how many are there ??

Management may be ignoring the minority at present but if it continues to grow (doubling in around 6 weeks) then it won't be long before the majority are being ignored.

There have been many valid points made but I don't see any effects to answer or address these either via this forum or just by the usual channels.

The reason advisors come on this forum is because they care and want to do a good job.

Are there any plans to listen to the guys at the sharp end ??

Well, we have been told by Melissa that we will get a mention in the next issue of sales talk - that's if there is one due to cost cutting !

By the way 18% is getting closer to the same market share that HQ have. Maybe they should take that into consideration !!!!

18% to date seems low for signed up Advisors o this site, and probably Hillarys discount this as a percentage of us worth talking to , or taking notice of--However--listen up--

At the last General Election 47% of eligible voters did not bother to vote.
Breakig down the remainder, (53%) 21% voted Tory, 9% voted Lib/Dem/Scottish Nationalist/Unionist/Plaid Cwmri/Green etc etc and 27% voted for Blairs Lot.

Do not do Politics on this site, but what I wish to point out is that it only took 27% of eligible voters to get their Party into Government.

So on that basis will Hillarys really pay us greater attention when 27% of Sales Advisors sign up to this site???
Probably, but then that would be Democracy at work in a Dictatorship--and we cannot have that --or can we.

Up the Revolution!!! Food for thought though.....?

This forum will slowly grow in numbers, but as in most forums the actual amount of active members who ever post anything is smaller still. The advisor who told me about this forum has never posted.

All the computers at Hillarys are blocked from logging on to this site....... the official reason being that it is a chat room and therefore a waste of employees time (and Hillarys money!)

They could log on at home, like us, I suppose, but maybe they want to switch off from work when they get home. Can't blame them..... ;D

Now 24th Nov (6.30 pm) - 162 members 20%
(20% based on 800 advisors which I don't think we have, or won't have if 3 for £99 goes on much longer)

Add up all the advsors with live emails on the managers regular fortnightly swindle-sheet emails and if we cross check the list of every FSM and total the number of email addresses , then we have the total of live working "Advisors" at any given date--easy peasy.

just make sure we have ALL the FSMs in the sum-total and Bob is your Aunties live-in lover....

I sold 3 venetians for £99 today after the punter had agreed on 3 for £217.00 and then found the Sillarys flyer and changed the shade to Xmas Ash.
So Hillarys your silly offers actualy LOSE you revenue.!!!!

Too busy stopping staff sending out hold-down brackets in jiffy bags , I suppose???

I have 3 orders fitted waiting for hold down kits--now ordered 9 times and never sent They are 91+ overdue on the Credit control sheet and STILL no one gives a toss??

Same revenue loss here. A customer I saw yesterday had brought 4 Capri vets couple of months ago and had quote for 4 more which she was going to buy after xmas. Received 3 for £99 advert so changed her mind and called me in and brought 3 vens for £99. Result was Hillarys lost £300, I lost £45 and had to do extra sales call.

What waste of time. MINE !!!!

As of right now there are approximately 920 Advisors working for Hillarys. No need for moles, just ask someone.
