Disappearing appointments??? Over the last couple of weeks I have had appointments disappearing from my diary as fast as they are appearing. Wots goin on? For instance.. Yesterday I had 5 booked for tomorrow.....just looked again, and am down to 3.... Are people phoning up making enquiries being pushed into an appointment they don't really want and then cancelling? Or are they indeed false calls to make the figures look better..... Those 5 appointments are now only 1!!!!!!!

So why haven't the rest of us got HO email addresses, or this that something I missed??? or is it just another promised Hillarys "thingy" that has never happened, like all the rest??

Is it just me? or does anyone else feel like they are in a constant battle with nearly every department within Hillary's. From CLG not taking details correctly, quality, goods not reaching me on time, problems with SAM deposits and balances, customers told we sell things that we don't, etc, etc. It really is getting me down at the moment. 7 customers this week all with wrong details for contacting them, more hassle and angry customers. Come on Hillary's, all I want to do is sell and fit blinds to the best of my ability and not be in a constant stress mode. Trying very hard to stay positive but its taking its toll on me. I am just stepping out for a while, if I am not back in 10 mins dont come looking for me Captain Scott.

Pressured leads always have a high 'fall-out' rate. These types of leads in the Double Glazing/Kitchen & Time Share business all suffer from it, as do the number of 'Not-ins, Cancelled orders & Default payments on balances. It's funny how we are moving closer to this type of selling!!!!!!!!! .... Hillarys won't admit it though!!!!! Look at the technique we are expected to use when selling roof blinds .... ALL DOUBLE GLAZING SALES METHODS!!!!

Its funny you should say that. I had been thinking that we had been taken over by Kitchen Salesmen.
I believe a consultant was hired to revamp the sales techniqiues. Nice day for selling blinds etc.

Oh dear, Red and Bear, and Dodgybracket you are all getting a trifle edgy. What with all these jolly wheezes of.. Guess the commission? and Guess the Deduction? and Iffy leads, if any? and Delivery promises up the spout again? and Web Blinds site disconnected from Hillarys site??? and Placatory postings from agents who believe something will happen, like pigs flying, and commission deductions rebated in full with interest???
It has all become a total damned farce, farce, farce...

Hey, Nonails, you are just not annoyed enough as us to get as angry and frustrated as us at the ineptitude and stupidity of a .......whats the point?
You will get as angry as us when you are treated the way we have been . It just takes time, lad.
I would love change for the better to happen, as would we all, its just that I am certain it never will appear in anything resembling the form we want.
So many chances have slipped by these idiots in the past few weeks since the Forums to do one or two meaningful things/gestures that would kill 60% of the griping and moaning on this site. Just how good would that be?
