This is and always has been a problem for Hillary's.
The funny thing is that I have come up with a solution that would benefit both Hillary's and all advisor's and customers.
The solution is quite simple.
There is another system on the market which uses a specially coated strip that you slide internally in to the PVC roof slots.
It is cheap, easy to install, very effective and no messy wires or tension problems. All advisor's could supply and fit this system. I know because I installed it in my own conservatory. It took me about two hours but once you have done a few it would not take that long to do. It cost me half the price of pleated roof blinds (after the sale and 30% agents reduction) and the temperature has stayed constant.
I have mentioned this to a few people at Hillary's, but no one seems to take it seriously. Mind you, Mellisa was one of them just before she went off sick.
