:(Have been to early spring meeting, and now I find that if a customer mentions conservatory I will not get the lead and that there will be a 2 tier diary system. I see my wages are going to be reduced again!!!!! Hi Reginald This is and always has been a problem for Hillary's. The funny thing is that I have come up with a solution that would benefit both Hillary's and all advisor's and customers. The solution is quite simple. There is another system on the market which uses a specially coated strip that you slide internally in to the PVC roof slots. It is cheap, easy to install, very effective and no messy wires or tension problems. All advisor's could supply and fit this system. I know because I installed it in my own conservatory. It took me about two hours but once you have done a few it would not take that long to do. It cost me half the price of pleated roof blinds (after the sale and 30% agents reduction) and the temperature has stayed constant. I have mentioned this to a few people at Hillary's, but no one seems to take it seriously. Mind you, Mellisa was one of them just before she went off sick. If any one at Hillarys reading this wants to know more then pm me or ring me. Red

I've had 3 6-slot leads this weekend, 1 for a canopy the other 2 for conservatory sides only. The canopy took all of 20 minutes - there's not much you can say canopies is there? Especially as the customer already had an old one she just wanted to replace. This means I was 3 leads down this weekend. I agree with 90 minutes for roof, doubtful for awnings, definitely not for canopy or conservatory sides.
Anyone else had any yet? What do you think?
