I posted in the other thread to red's suggestions so will repeat here I'm with you red, more than happy to pay £1 per month (if it works well then why not £2). Votes must go to an advisor to count I second Dawn for the first vote

sorry but I have never heard anything so stupid. they get payed in the first place do their job to the best of their ability. There is no way I'm paying to sort out the company's incompetent staff.
I have to fit their blinds if the customer is over the moon with the blinds they don't pay me anymore money...
sorry but its up to the company to give their employees the cash incentives. after all I AM SELF EMPLOYED.

red as we only have half the advisors on the forum and only about 10% post it would be very hard to gauge a response as to giving a bonus. i myself am against the idea as until things get better for us i dont thing we should be giving money away.i do agree though that there are many people at h\o deserving of extra recognition perhaps a forum certificate each month after a vote would be nice. as you are a active member of the forum perhaps you could now come out an let us know who you are

Hi Red I don’t what be negative, in fact it’s not such a bad idea, But I believe it maybe a bit to soon, we our nowhere near With the problems we face of being solved, only time Will tell on that one, also there is hell of lot staff at h/o Some of which we don’t know, see, or speak too, would it Not be the case of the same people being nominated, I could Probably find all sorts of reasons why this won’t work, So as I said I don’t want be negative, so if you can come up With a fair system for choosing the nominee, you might Persuade me to donate the £1, best of luck, oops I think I might just of been a little bit positive

Hi Red
Logged on 1st time for a couple of weeks and now see yr idea and a lot of replies to it. for me i wish more advisors (myself included) could sit back and think of new ideas that may help. That said im not sure about this one. Obvious probs are that who gets credit for what. I.E. Becky in support along with others gives me a lot of great help. But when she doesnt is it because she cant be bothered or because others let her down. When i do get fantastic help is it because she went that bit extra or because she passed onto someone else who should therefore get the real credit.
I think the germ of a great idea is here but i cannot see how to make sure the right guy or team gets the reward.
One neg comment that someone made but is hard to disagree with is - why reward for doing what their supposed to.
Prehaps what we should do is ask Motters to put some sort of counter on this site and we could then log our thanks for good assists and our dismay at yet another DOR or fix in situ. This would allow HQ to see who is getting it right and however often the same fault is appearing.
keep thinking RED if nothing else its got us talking
thanks and regards Les

This would allow HQ to see who is getting it right and however often the same fault is appearing. keep thinking RED if nothing else its got us talking thanks and regards Les Hi Lesroman Thanks for the comments. It is at the present stage just the germ of an idea, basically designed to start showing that we, the advisor's are not all take, take, take and also to get more people thinking of more positive stuff. I think I have achieved some level of success as a few advisor's that have never posted before have done so on this subject. I am hoping to enter in to talks shortly and start to come up with a few more ideas on it. There are problems, of course like not letting the same person get it too often as this would be counter active and demoralize others. Problems like people that we never come in to contact with and so on. The list is endless, but not impossible. Impossible is for loser's. I am also hoping that as it may take a while to thrash the ins and outs then some more positive things come from Hillary's themselves in the meantime, putting more advisor's in a positive frame of mind.. As already been mentioned they are looking at the way commission is structured so hopefully some good news will come from that. Red

You are all missing the point.....!!!!!!!!!! The donated £1 is to OUR advantage...... It not to do Hillarys, or their staff any favours!!! It's so that they do US favours!!!! Am I right Red? Joy
