SAM help?

I have now got a sales diary and a fit diary.

How do I get the sales I do into the fit diary?

Can anyone advise?

When booking the fit there is a box to enter the fitting account number. It is then booked into that diary.

Can one of you techno phobes help.
Downloaded new update on to my PC for the first time no problem. Didnt even have to go throught the steps.good ehh Only problem is that I cant get it from my doc folder in the Sinc prog.
Can anyone help or have I done it wrong

Hi mendipmagpie.
If you want to download it through your pc's internet connection then:
Place your device on the cradle.
Wait for activesync to sync
Leave the device on the cradle and follow the steps in the instructions on your device.
This will cause the download to be pulled through your PC's internet connection rather than by GPRS.

I've noticed that even after the latest update that we still have the Xmas offer fabrics & colourways on the SAM pull down screen.

Shouldn't there be some cleaning up before the next update?

The xmas fabrics have been left in for future use. We will discontinue them so as they disapear from the selection list in the next few days.

I did this and kept getting the Dec V3.0 version downloaded, even though I could see and click on V3.1. Had to do it by GPRS to get it to work.
By the way, you need to tweak a setting in ActiveSyn to use internet to make it work.

Does anyone use SAM in the 'Landscape' mode e.g. @ right angles to the normal format?

How do you get on with it?

Is it better for internet connection etc?

If you dont get the page you expect tap the refresh button. Its the white page with 2 green swirling green arrows at the bottom of the screen.
Yes sometimes you have to chage the setting in ActiveSync between Work and The Internet

Opened the door for all-sorts of questions now ;D

Any way heres the first have done latest housekeeping download but it says I have a problem with SD card. I do run tom tom 5. Do I need a bigger SD card now running a 512mb but can get a 1gb one for £17.99 any help would be most grateful.

I've dealt with 7dayshop for rechargeable batts and chargers. They were fine, take about a week for delivery. If your purchases are over £18 you get separate packages as based in Guernsey and goods under £18 are exempt from vat

Hi GLEN.
If you are getting an SD card error on backup then it thinks the SD card is full. Go onto the Storage Card > SAM backup folder in file explorer and delete any files older that 1 week.
If this does not cure the problem or there are no backups less than 1 week old then contact us to arrange for your SD card to be fixed.
Normaly we exchange the card but as this is not a standard 256Mb card we would have to run the utility on the card and send it back to you.
