Had an invoice this week for louvres only. Total price should have been £90 or so. Invoice total was £3.07 + VAT the price of only one louvre! balance to pay -40 odd pounds instead of customer owing 40 odd pounds. Obviously couldn't give customer a copy of the receipt! You wouldn't believe it if you didn't know Sillarys!
