Speaking of Hillarys converting quotes, I just received today a fit date for one of my previous quotes, but I never even realized I did get the order!! Phoning HQ, they said I must let the client know that the fitting date will not fit into my diary and I must organize a new fitting date, but they expect me to do that a.s.a.p.! My word!!!! I received my orders today, but there is no blinds for that customer!! Quote was only converted on the 20th, but they expect me to fit on Friday!! Helloooooooo......!! Something very crucial is missing!! The blinds!!! Have any of you had the same experience? welcome to ''real world''...............

Why does anyone need an fsm I don't know about the directors, the owners/share-holders should be informed of this site. Then they can see the real picture. Who are they?

Thanx for the advise, but I have already e-mailed, left messages, send text messages, etc. in such a vast amount, that when I receive my monthly mobile bill, most of the messages and numbers dialed will be to my FSM! Maybe he/she/it is really so slow, that by the time the messages I left register with him/her/it, he might be replaced!!! Let's hope!!!!!!!!! By the way, just heard today from a very reliable source, that Hillarys is advertising for this(his) position!! It makes me wonder...?! if no response from fsm ring service support ask to speak to a supervisor/team leader tell them what the problem is ie lack of response and they will kick him/her up the arse and you get a call very soon after.works for me every time

Hi Yes why do we need a FSM? Maybe if we turn the table, and we all stop communications with all the FSM, s Good or bad.

Something worked!!! Had a call from Mr. DB and he sorted my diary out for at least 2 days. He must have seen all the posts!!
Just to let you all know, I have finally decided that the luxury rolerblinds is really not worth selling!! I had to take the DOR on the roller also away and get a goodwill code from fsm to change it to a sidewinder. The poor old lady was really disappointed, but very understanding. Another roller that was a DOR was in the first place made 5mm to short, including the brackets, customer not happy and asked for blind to be 5mm bigger. DOR returned, 10mm shorter than original!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could have killed them, wasting my time and diesel to go back and now I have to go back again. I have to get code from manager and guess what, he is back in his old FSM mood! Not answering his mobile, not returning calls. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry about moaning, just needed to get that of my chest!!

Yeah, Yeah, with my luck they will catch me out! Must admit I almost lost my cool totally today with advisor's support, when I tried to explain to the lady, the problem I have with the rolerblind that was a DOR and now I have to DOR it again because it is now even smaller than the first. Her answer to me was that I have to order it bigger than the actual size, then it might fit in!!! Really, now I ask you with tears in my eyes, how the hell am I going to fit it in the recess, if for one or other reason, the blind is finally made to the correct size (my luck they would do it precisely according to measurements) and I ordered it wider than the real and true measurement?!!? HAMMER?

Wooops Have we hit the Mother lode here???Bear

Is it really. I was working on the assumption that all Fsm codes were similar and was taking my own Fsm codes as an example. The instance I gave was DBNOV1 for Dave Buckley November 1
