Well, Dolly and others who didn't like the inter county rivalry. Our FSM has gone, so we won't have the figures any more to prove that Hampshire is far superior to Oxfordshire. Mike, did your figures get mentioned in the year end board meeting? Thought not, Hants did. Abysmal total sales due to a 42% drop in leads, but much improved conversion and discount figures. Just showing we make the best of what we've got. Great shame Ray has gone, he was prepared to try something different. Some people may not have liked it (esp. Russell who was beaten by £1), but we need someone who is prepared to be innovative. As other have said before IF YOU ALWAYS DO WHAT YOU'VE ALWAYS DONE, YOU'LL ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU ALWAYS GOT

Des....quite agree that it's a shame to lose Ray, especially so soon. He had his own way of doing things, had a lot of energy, and spurred us all on (the jovial inter county rivalry being an example) - I found his approach quite inspiring and very refreshing, and its a shame that obviously someone didn't see eye to eye.
Ray....if you look in before your access to the forum is also cut short....good luck in finding a 'rounder hole' for your talents, and do give me a call for a chat some time.
Anyway, that's it from me for the next week ! I'm off to Sunny Spain - borrowed Phugly's town house in Andalucia for the week - so looking forward to a bit of R&R and hope to return to a full diary as we build up to Christmas sales. October has been disastrous so it can only get better.
I may look in on the forum in the morning before I leave for Heathrow, so if you all want to talk about me behind my back then wait until tomorrow. Can I trust you lot to behave while I'm gone ?

;) :)
Ray told me that he enjoyed every minute of his time with Hillarys and that he was extremely proud of his counties and the IOW!!!
He said to tell you that he will be popping into houses for biscuits and cakes so make sure you get those larder full, I guess you know more about what that means than me.

can't believe ray has gone. Why is it the good ones never last? Ray was the best FSM I have ever had and I have seen a few come and go. Is it because they actually care about the advisors and want to help them and that clashes with Hillary's management, hence they don't last. Ray if you ever read this please give me a call or PM me, just want to wish you the best. Ricko

No I don't think it was quite that high ........ But you also have to remember, the IOW is so in the past, 3p there is equivalent to £300 on the mainland
