Er ........ why would a deposit due on the 18th show on a statement dated the 15th? Whenever we've had a bank holiday Monday, commission has been credited on the Tuesday. I've never known it appear the previous Saturday

Steady now lads, its only a badly run company that doesnt give a toss about its sales force cocking up the commission that they normally steal from anyway,--all they've done is thingy-up the whole thing and miss paying most of us.
Its not the end of the world--its the start of the revolution??
ENUF IS ENUF
I want heads on spikes, what about the rest of you??

Why has no one had commission yet? I never get mine in the bank till Monday normally so not expecting it till Tuesday next week as its bank holiday. I got my commission run by e mail on Tuesday so as far as I know there are no problems. Do some of you get paid earlier than Monday?

My Commision was incorrect this week I thought I was getting paid on 8 jobs but only got paid on 3, although all jobs paid by cash or card sent down in the same envelope but when checked with credit control was told five of them had only been cleared off the system that day, after commisions were done. Eventually got to speak to dawn in commisions and asked were these jobs not cleared off due to commisions being done early due to the bank holiday, and was told commisions were'nt started early just finished quicker than normal (wonder what happened there then as i've never known my commision statement ever to come through a day early ) and dont worry you will get it next week was what dawn said to me, well I dont know a single person that would tolerate their wages being short by 38% regardless as to wether they would get it the following week or not. Someone in HQ should seriously look as to whats happening as you can only push sales guy for so long, mess with their money and your taking food of their table end result demotivated salesforce, and dont get me started about split invoicing and the mix ups with commisions because of this. So Come on Admin Staff pull your finger out its us that keep you in a job.

Just got tomorrows diary faxed through though, and it's not 11:00AM yet. Maybe Colwick now has its own time zone

Some commission for Easter--glad to report.
Got £64.98 when was expecting nearly £700.00--no one answers the phone at commissions, sent an email, no reply.
So now I will sit on the next £1000 cash balances recd so that I always have a wedge as one day this firm will go down the plug-hole and at least my last weeks due commission will be covered.
they play dirty and dont communicate with me-- then I play dirty and dont communicate with them.
After all the "True Communications-no spin-tell it as it is- bulshi*e messages we get just how much progress have we made in any area. Backwards in quality Backwards in on site DIY freebies to cure factory thingy-ups Backwards in Commission payments-late to us so they can get away early for Easter. Backwards in Call centre quotes at HUGE discounts Backwards in deliveries.
I hear they are entering a rowing eight in the Olympics --they should win as they go backwards in that as well , and have had years of practice.

Spoke to Dawn this morning and she said all transfers were made ,as we knew, a day early on last tuesday, she hoped that by sending them early we would get our commission on time. She said the only explanation is that the banks can't cope with two bank holidays at once. and they should clear them down tomorrow. Dawn has only gone in to work today to do this weeks commission run, she is really very ill with the flu having talked to her. So if you do get through to her please be gentle with her, she is doing her best, unlike the idiots in the call centre. But that is an entirely different thread isn't it!!

Although this week am not bothered if moneys in or not. The point is that money that we have earned should be in our bank, making interest for US not Hillarys. Although it only amounts to a tiny bit of interest, just imagine if all the tiny bits of interest from 800 odd advisors sits in Hillarys account, what they must be making. last time we rang up chasing our commission, cos the account we have it paid into was desperate for it, to save us being overdrawn in that account, we had some little nuts, cockily saying we should not let our account get to such a state. Cheeky barsteward, if i had have been at the side of her i would have smacked her one......point i'm trying to make is, do they give a nuts. Oh yes, and whilst ive got me moaning head on, the service calls are allready coming through for the 2 new advisors they have set on. One for a no show and as yet i dont know what the others about..... do i need this or what ?? !!!!
