I Have a better question HOW DO YOU GET ENOUGH LEADS to make this income of £3000 a month saw advertised for hillarys blinds in the local paper a couple of weeks ago. I have now been here six months and if i get anymore than 10 leads a week for a full time advisor i am grateful, especially when there is'nt enough leads to feed me, as to why they advertise for further advisors in my area i'll never know. only got 7 leads last week managed £2600 of sales c'mon 3 for £99 we all love it.

Exactly, you are a new advisor saying that. how do you think us oldies feel. to me anyway it does not make any sense, why they do this. No one has yet given me a viable explanation. mY F.S.M. says its to keep all leads covered, stop cherry picking, keep us keen, etc. Well in 15 years I have never cherry picked, have always been keen. In my 1st year travelled 45 miles to sell a £23 roller. Did the job right, this chap came back to me 12 months later, and i sold him £8,000 worth of verticals for his offices. I find it an insult to say we will cherry pick, etc,. Remember its people like me who have helped get this company where it is now. So any new advisors out there, take note. |

Unfortunately, Advertising regulations will allow this sort of Ad to go into print!
Although for the majority of Advisors this level of business is difficult to maintain ... it does occur!
Therefore the Ad can go in the papers.
This type of Ad can attract dreamers that can't always do a proper job, therefore we'll get a large number of 'knobs' trying to do a job they aren't cut out to do!!!
I used to work with a manager that understood the value of working WITH the people he had & could use each one for his/her strengths.
We were always in the top 3 showrooms in the country because of that!
The Ads are another example of company 'Spin'!!!!

I have another question or 2 why do we still have 3for £99 why have they put another advisor in this area (without any consultation) when myself and other full time agents here are running at less tha half capacity The information from the two forums was a load of b*llsh*t

Don't feel left out about being consulted. This has happened to most of us. What I want to know, is why are the agents still operating when they don't attend appointments. The customer has obviously phoned and complained - so why is it not being reported.

I also dont like the 3 4 99 but it does pull inleads if you handle them properly, I have had a few of the 'give me 3 4 99 and I dont care if the fabric is made of nuts coloured toilet paper' types, but I have had more, that I have been able to convert to a better sale, and even just today, a lady who originally asked about the 3 4 99 which I diligently measured up for her in a professional manner not showing that I was slightly drunk off, actually converted to a 340 quid order !
