Here i am wondering where the hillarys marketing machine is? with a commitment to maximum availability (due to huge increase in leads !) A strangely vacant diary , with ONE planned sales call for next Saturday! Just where are all these leads?
In fact where is there ANY hillarys advertising ...... Nothing in the press ..........nothing on TV ........No Leaflets!
All other retailers (think ScS , Furniture Village , Land of Leather Etc) are advertising like fury AND doing the business ( i just spent £1100 at ScS !) But hillarys are no where to be seen !
We all know this IS a Quiet time , but so quiet its a morgue!
Did marketing stop all advertising , as they knew the mainframe was down? certainly seems that way - But could they now switch the d@mn thing ON please!
Post here with comments ....... i'm rather bored!

What you have is what happens EVERY year!
Sillarys DO NOT advertise during the New Year week.... and NEVER have done!!!!!
All the other companies advertise & are busy picking up leads.
I posted on here several times last year about this.
They just NEVER EVER LEARN!!!!!
The only positive thing about their actions is that we are not running around chasing 3499, 4499 or 9944's until next week!!!

Have you also noticed there's no 15/25% off venetians or 33% off rollers.
The only offers on these are full price or half price

Have been called to a meeting tommorow with two other advisors in next area to us re Hillarys "advertising strategy" in the coming weeks. Will be either a short meeting or a feeble explanation of the above.
Interestingly went to two calls supposed to have been rearranged from over excess pre xmas to find naffed off customers who had not been contacted as requested , fortunately second was phoned first saving a twenty mile round trip for nowt!

What exactly is in the sale then . ;D My friend the sale you so fervently request will be revealed in next weeks mailer !.My contact down south in the ivory towers in colwick today informed auntie Hillary that north of Nottingham will be 4 for 99 south 3 for 99 and Scotland a new 5 for £149 will excite our ginger cousins,this is why the currant sale is so lacking. And too the halfwit asking for better samples in the 3 for £99 engage your brain fool |

I have just e-mailed my area manager telling him that if 4 for £99 is "on" to remove ALL my availability until it ends.
I will NOT spend the amount of time these calls will necessitate for the possible ?? rewards + a possible £80 fine if I thingy-up.
