Testing the system , i went on the hillarys.co.uk website and booked my interest in a sales appt for myself , in my own name and address for a week day slot that i can cover myself .
I recieved an email from hillarys just now cofirming the appt , BUT a NEW and un-known advisor has been booked . Well i live and learn - It should have been me!!!!.
Just what games do they play with us! In fairness i will now contact this 'other' advisor and errr cancel! Thats if hillarys will give me his phone number!
Respectfully i suggest we all make these ficticious appt's to ensure we get our fair share of the leads!
In the case of the above story , as i have supplied blinds in the past to 'myself' and indeed have a customer number allocated - why oh why are they intent on giving established customers to a different agent to that whom previosly did good business! And all with in the 4-day lead to diary situation!
This goes against the grain ! and amounts to a broken promise from the advisor meetings a year ago!
I expect you realise i am slightly peeved by this .

I expect you realise i am slightly peeved by this . The diary is tweaked to give new advisors priority. Don't know how it's done, but have suffered the same myself many times. I use any customer address, but let the new guy go anyway - it takes a chunk out of his availability
