Had my meeting last night too....... and I felt the same as MM. Very positive... ;D Our FSM ( same as MM's) ...... mentioned this site, and that I could give them the address if they wanted it, also said the claw back of commission was being dealt with in our favour.(All with no prompting from me!) ;D SAM gets better all the time... we will soon be able to do DOR's on it and order spares. The new vertical presenter and price tables look very good, and the special offers simpler. The new conservatory roof specialist thing makes good sense..... we've opted not to do it out of choice, and will therefore also lose the sides( not good) ...BUT as I say... our choice. ;D Came away feeling good............ ;D ;D ;D PS Meeting started late as nearly EVERYONE turned up late. (Just us and one other advisor there on time!) Please make the effort to get there, as latenesss is very bad manners.. not just to your FSM (who you may not be bothered about - but to the advisors who do get there on time!)

Had my quarterly meeting.
Mostly positive, and it looks like things MAY well improve.
However did you notice that they only listed the things they wanted to. Claw backs etc. Not listed at all. Only got a response on that from a direct question, and fsm admitted that not everything was on the list. Their slant on what was said at the meeting. Not the whole truth then!
Also they want to have their own web based advisor forum..........l wonder why?

Have been asked for brown sidewinder chains for Romans. There is no reason why they can't do it, the chain is the same as is used for rollers. Eko, did one this week. On SAM in box for special instructions for all blinds I put "75cm brown sidewinders on all blinds". Have to admit, I had no confidence so ordered 10 as spares. Blinds arrived, 9 had 75cm brown cords , 1 had 100cm brown cord but very easy to swap. Looked nice

With reference to team meetings, who are the lucky ones who got evening meetings? Mine is scheduled to start with a "bacon butty breakfast" Not really awake properly at that time of morning

Mine is scheduled to start with a "bacon butty breakfast" Not really awake properly at that time of morning Got an evening meeting next Thursday, Hampshire south. Last one was AM in a Holiday Inn Express, which has no cooking facilities, so no bacon butties - just coffee and stale muffins. Interesting to hear from Joy re John Risman video accepting they got it wrong. If that includes national 3/£99 offer it would explain the going of Mellisa. May be wrong, but always suspected it was her initiative due to the vigor with which she defended it on this forum.

Farmer, you seem to have some hidden agenda in trying to get people to "come out" They will if they want to, otherwise let them be as they are ( me included ).
