I would like to see the samples in the presenter with a number on the reverse so that we can easily locate the place in the presenter that they live. It would also be useful when requesting samples just to have a number to ask for. (For those customers who need to have 20 samples out at a time to compare!!)

Excellent ideas JoYnMik, agree with them. I can't take the credit for them all I'm afraid. These were the suggestions I got from other agents before the "Two Meetings"..... ;D Here's another. Picture on the back of all samples with a pattern so customers can see bigger picture. (Recently had someone ask me how many boats on Sailing fabric as sample only showed one - for anyone who followed that story.... it was 24 boats/yaughts/yots/yachts ;D ) i didnt know we sold yoghurt oh no more dors ;Drussell

Labels with more info' on. Saves us refering to spec chart. Brown is at the moment always being asked for. Better photography of the shapes, all of them......... An easier to use accessories card. Can we do anything about the crap current sidewinder. Make it "glide"it is so rough to use! Can we make the brackets more universal. Holes lower down on the side for side fixing. Make the top a bit wider so that when we drill, especially in new houses we can get away from the corner, (where wall meets lintel) to avoid crumbling and cracking plasterwork. obviously make as light as possible.! More choice of prints. Ask why on fabrics like meadoway are only available @160 drop, Everytime I order this fabric and the drop is, say 170, I ask for it to be made as long as possible, and it then comes at 170 ? Compatible with verts labelled. er got to go selling now..............

GB _________________________________________ Reply by Joy.... These were not my ideas.... they were sent to me when I was collating suggestions for the "Two Meetings". Have been asked for brown sidewinder chains for Romans. There is no reason why they can't do it, the chain is the same as is used for rollers.

Have now been to the spring meeting and must admit I feel quite positive. John Risman video quite good with an addmission that they got it wrong,at least its a positive start. Also had the privilage of reading out the notes from the Advisors forum which was quite exhaustive. We now know that all area managers have the same text. This might be interesting for those who have poor area guys. There was also a flow diagram with the Advisor Forum Project Teams on it but unfortunately I didnt have time to copy it although I expect this will be released to us all very shortly. Before you ask YES iI did add that this forum played a large part in pulling together

Dont what happend there but heres the end. all the concerns of those who use the Forum. I also believe that a resolution to the Claw Back problem is coming to a conclusion.
All in all I felt that it was a good meeting and progress is under way. Heres hoping
