How about the most important issue to sort out.

1. Stop 3 for £99 offers
2. Non Payment / Slow / Incorrect Commission
3. Manufacturing Quality
4. Payment for service calls due to manufacturing faults
5. Increase in number of Leads
6. FSM working with Advisors not just threatening
7. Stop quoting prices when appointments are booked
8. Diary booking without times
9. Quotes department to convert more quotes
10. Quotes department to stop discounting
11. Being invited to the Christmas Party

I know you said 8 but I couldn't stop. I'm sure I've missed many so you might have to have 2 or 3 polls and the top ones go into a final.

Then if Hillarys are listening they know which to sort out first to make their Advisors happy and motivated again.

What other issues should be included ??

For me put on the list:-
Website on-line ordering of components/spares
It would be easy to set-up, cut down calls to support and save them time plus as we would be picking from a list the correct spare we want should be ordered.
