Whenever you dont receive your invoices DONT BOTHER WITH SERVICE CENTRE get straight onto credit control and say- on fitting the blinds customers are refusing to pay the balance owed until i have the proper paperwork. This pricks their ears up and i usually receive them posted the next day. Works every time.

Despatch are at it again and not printing invoices. I am 8 missing a fellow sufferer i spoke to is 6 missing.
In the past i have advised you on here to go through Credit Control. Alas due to high demand for missing invoices they have been told by management this is not their job and instead i was re-directed to the service centre. So hopefully they will turn up before the holidays, Easter holidays.
