It really does suck when this sort of things happen as it is the customer who also gets the short end of the stick because HQ can't sort things out.

I don't like to let people down and have built up a very good rep in the town because of it.

Thats the very reason that Nonails left--he had a very special Bank Holiday wekend set up with new GrandDaughter and FSM leant on him with a " Do it and be thankful--and stop messing me around attitude"

Now he works for a competitor---.....

Makes you wonder if it was done on purpose..??
