I'm just not selling them, they area cheap version with limited options and I can't see what benefits it offers them.

Motters, I'd have thought the benefit was obvious - they're cheap.
The whole Hillarys philosophy is to go down market - it's easier than going up.
Forget the team mtg. presentation showing how they're trying to move the bottom end of the market in to the Hillarys area. They're just moving Hillarys in to the bottom area.
