Following on from postings from Dodgybracket, Farmer, and NoNails it is self-evident that Hillarys are taking no notice of our Forum Issues .
Therefore the time has come to concentrate their shortcomings and the loss of time, money, and business that they cause directly to us Agents.
As to suggestions initiated by Farmers "Typical Day" where Hillarys blundering and omissions caused so much angst, and extending suggestions by DodgyBracket and Nonails, there has to be mileage in concentrating and focusing these matters to one Senior Management member.
In 90% of cases matters passed to FSM's die in the water--I fail to see the point in coniTnuing to recognise these people ( or the majority of them, at least, as worthy of our time or money in involving them)
"Its only you" is seen for what it is-- a load of B*****KS just to sideline the Agent .
I have always believed in talking to the "Engine Driver" as opposed to the "Oily Rag" or if you prefer there is more benefit in talking to the "Organ Grinder" than talking to his "Monkey".
I know its radical and will cause annoyance, but how else do we get an audience?
We run our business, why do we not email (nicely, NOT ranting) such matters as got to Farmer yesterday concisely to, for example, John Rismann???
I believe he is told what folk want him to hear, otherwise he would have got a grip on the quick fixes sooner. Asuming that is you believe the earnestness of his DVD (which now hangs over my Spring Cabbages, to scare the birds!)
Initially he will get hacked off at he load of c*** landing in his inbox, but as a CEO he will wonder at "Why the volume??? We can help list his priorities for change , to the benefit of all.
The man has never been an Agent, never been up the sharp end, anonymously, and never experienced the sometimes joys and frequent and too regular shortcomings of working for this once-tidy operation.
Comments please??
