This week I have had 2 customers, who have requested an Agent to visit, using the Hillarys (not Web Blinds) web site. Both made numerous attempts, 1 received a call from Leads after the 4th attempt, the other, a previous customer, eventually called the 0800 number.
How many other enquiries are being missed; how many potential customers have been lost.
Anyone else have similar stories.
I will e-mail leads with the details of the ones I know of.
