Just got my Bank statement for Dec and have found no Commision paid for Dec.
However not all Credit Card payments via SAM have appeared on Commision Statement.
Despite getting Commision statement so i presume something is happening.
Tried to phone Commisions no reply just Answer Phone.
By chance talked to my FSM today she said she was also trying to Contact Commisions.
Has anyone else had a problem or am I on my own?

Actually, I've found that it is not just 'Commissions Dept' not answering .... I've tried ringing AND emailing different departments going back to before Xmas & right up to today ... No one seems to answer me regardless of how I'm contacting them!!!!!! Perhaps we might be seeing more than just Advisor's leaving now that Xmas has gone & HO is becoming very short staffed  !!!! |

Although my Gas, Electric Water and I and Telephone are about to be cut off ;D ;D ;D
I gave up trying to DORs over Christmas I did not have 2hrs to spare.
If you sent an email DOR you got contacted five days later.
Then the Headrail is sent not the Lovures.
Someone from HQ doing his Customer Service Routine Phones Customer tells them I got the blind.
Irratte Customer phones me when you going to fit.
Cant fit says I as they have sent wrong part.
Not sure how I got onto that as I still have not been paid

Hi Guys,
I talked to Dawn in commisions today to clear up some unpaid comms I was due, she phoned me after I left several messages. What I did not realise is that she is the ONLY ONE doing the comms for over 800 advisors!!!!! can you blame the poor lass for getting a little behind at this time of year with hols etc. I would say give the lass a break and blame the higher ups for overloading her work!!!and be patient.(difficult I know when the wolfs at the door) Cherokee.

I too spoke to Dawn today ( bless her ! ) , it will something I bring up in Leeds. We have to remember that Hillarys are like any other kind of business . demand as much money as they can upfront then are monkeys for paying it out  P. |

I did eventually get to speak to Dawn, found out I had not been paid since Mid October Now I know why I am broke. Hope I get paid on Monday. |
