I had the same problem Turned up to do fitting only to be told that the customer had re-arranged the fitting through the call centre for some time in January. Thanks for telling me whoever you are

quotes dept. converted a quote for me. gasp, shock, horror. then booked the fit for sunday morning, no consultation etc. customer couldn't understand why i chose to stay in my pit.

Its not Quotes dept booking fits! its Order Processing. They"ve been told to do it by the suits
