RE-ARRANGED FIT DATES

Turned up on Saturday to fit job only to be told it had been re-arranged for Wednesday thru some one at call centre. Can someone tell me how Sillarys staff can re-book fit date without telling ADVISER and also not even book it into diary (not that they should) whoever it was that took call they had done sod all about it, this is bad crack and they need sorting BIG STYLE.

I had the same problem Turned up to do fitting only to be told that the customer had re-arranged the fitting through the call centre for some time in January. Thanks for telling me whoever you are

quotes dept. converted a quote for me. gasp, shock, horror. then booked the fit for sunday morning, no consultation etc. customer couldn't understand why i chose to stay in my pit.

Its not Quotes dept booking fits! its Order Processing. They"ve been told to do it by the suits
