Hi
I've just come back after fitting 10 Romans. Whilst fitting them I was thinking how this week alone I've fitted about 30 Romans, how I'm regularly fitting 10-20 in a week and a few weeks ago I fitted 20 in a conservatory (sell lots in conservatories) but I've only can remember doing ONE DOR in the last year. The dor was for a broken mechanism after 3 months that I think customer was heavy handed with.
So why I'm I writing this ?? It is just to say thanks. Your doing a great job, I would have thought that Romans were one of the most difficult considering you are dealing with material that must be more likely to have flaws and having to sew it altogether.
Well done once again, Romans are a good earner, easy to fit and get the most compliments from the customer.
regards bw
PS Product Managers can get praise as well as moans if they read this forum.

I feel I have to echo Blindwizards sentiments. In 11 yrs with Hillarys I have only ever sent back one Roman, and that was not because there was anything wrong with the blind, but because the customer expected ruler straight edges and rejected it.

That's it then.
[glow=red,2,300] SELL ROMANS TO EVERYONE![/glow] _________________________________________
Has anyone had problems with them fading? I have a customer asking for a relacement under guarantee (she's had them 11.5 months!). Customer services are not sure if that's covered either..... the jury is out!
