Drove 26 miles on B roads takes 45 minutes
nice old lady expressed her delight ,anyone would come that far for one small roller blind costing £42
found myself uttering the words "if you are interested we have a special offer 3 rollers for £99"
she said yes and my commission went from not covering my petrol to buying me lunch.

I just love this one..... ;D... I'm having such a chuckle this morning!!! I will try to keep up the good mood until I arrive at the first house and they wave a 3 for 99 leaflet at me!

I fitted a 3 for 99 today, not in a rough part of town, but in a £500,000 house. the customer said ooh there nice.
can i have another 3.
no sorry i said, strictly one offer per household.
i am not prepared to drive another 26 miles each way for 14.50.
