just show them the orange sample and say the rest have sold out no problem Nope. That didn't work. Customer just wanted 3 for 99. Going into lounge (2) and his boys bedroom. Son was not impressed. But hey, its heap in'it.

Should we advisors select a line that is not working for US and delete it accordingly ?
ie- Remove all samples or a certain fabric , and not sell it ! would this send a message to those who THINK they control us?

Many of us have effectively done that anyway with the 3/£99 offer. I ditched most of the fabrics when they arrived and only offered 1 or 2. Since it started here in early Sept, I've only sold it 3 times. I explain it's a warehouse clearance exercise and that's all thats left. They either moan and throw me out, or buy clouds.
Anyone know who Hillarys buys clouds from? I'd like to buy shares in that company, they must be doing really well!!

I still feel it's sad that we are almost forced into selling clouds ( 'a fabric that nobody wants...' when it was put on 2-£99 ) Hillarys seem to be panicing and given knee jerk reactions because they have run out of ideas ?
