Not one to be picky but, in order to advertise a product in a sale it has to of been available at a higher price before ?
Now the new ranges of romans- the new PVC verts are both introduced at a sale price.
Isn't this illegal ?

I think they get away with it by calling it an "introductory offer"

Offers can be extended to 6 months in total, beyond 6 months duration they cannot be called a sale as it becomes a standard price list. How long has 'Capri' 'Clouds' etc. been going on '2 for' deal? Telephone number for Trading Standards office anyone? ?

I think 2 for's are a special price, rather than a sale price. Subtle difference
