Need some help here guys.
Just tried to input a roller in Carla frost at 278 cm wide. Spec sheet says it can be done up to 300 cm but Sammy says 240 is the max. Drop is only 150 so isnt a problem. Which is right. Spec sheet or Sammy?

Which is right. Spec sheet or Sammy? Red Hi RED i have just inputted your measurements into my SAM and it has accepted it. 278x150=£183. It also took it upto a 42mm barrel.  |

I have the latest updates so can not understand it but never mind, customer wants 5 Velux as well so it has to go in by paper order any way but was just wondering why my Samantha would not let me put it in. Must be that time of month. ;D Red |

Red, try manually increasing the barrel size. It's one of those hidden tweaks. Some fabrics are within drop spec but too thick for the 25mm barrel, causing the fabric to rub against the wall/window. Changing it to 36/42mm will bring it back in spec. In theory, you could use a 25mm barrel with 36mm brackets, but SAM will only accept a barrel increase. Of course, the other reason could be what you posted last week- garbage in = garbage out. Perhaps you've not been telling sammy the whole truth  ps, bit concerned you're now calling it SAMANTHA  I hope you haven't painted it pink or started dressing it up in girly clothes ;D |

HIya Red
I've had that problem today with Miranda Monochrome. 120.5 x 174. Sam won't accept it.............tried Des's suggestion but that hasn't worked. Spoke to IT and they got me to install price list etc again but it's still not working.
Had to leave customer with quote based on Acacia and hand wrote Miranda on it..........very weird.
Will have to ring IT again on Monday.
