I'm confused!!! I know it doesn't take much, but .....
Wasn't nightsky roller blind discontinued? It's now available.
Wasn't 50mm keilder beech discontinued? It's now available and I've had a hell of a row with a customer telling her she can't have it because we don't do it anymore. I even had a very helpful (?) person at service support offering to replace up to 6 blinds over 2 years old because "it's not the customers fault we've discontinued a colourway". Fortunately this was referred up to a team leader who, I believe, robustly explained the error of his ways and stopped it.
But how do we now distinguish between discontinued and long term suspension?

If SAM says 'unavailable since.........' it usually means that the fabric/wood had failed QC.
