For dialing 0800 numbers on a mobile ... just drop the first '0' ... 800 328 0234.

It's possible!!!!!!
Personally, I use the 0115 no., if I really have to call them from a mobile.
However, I rarely find anything that is that important that it can't wait 'til I get back home to use the landline & 0800 no. or to send an email.

All mobiles charge for 0800 nos on top of your inclusive minutes if you have a contract but using the 0115 no comes out of the time you pay for in your contract. If a customer wants info on the spot it is cheaper to ring ona 0115 no as extra minutes to contract are usually charged at a higher rate. Thanks for info folks.

If customer needs info on the spot why not ring the 0800 number from customer's phone, then neither customer or you pays for call.
