Having come across Appeal Blinds, this week, and having to beat - a - quote, by nearly 2 grand to win the order, i decided to look at what they are about.
Recieved the brochure, yesterday, and have to say it compares vey well to ours.
The pleated tab blinds look identical to ours, (are they from Arena?). They also supply roller and bamboo for the roof as well.
I know i was the chap who presented the sale to customer, but cant help feling that Appeal presented better, just by the fact of the "stationary" that was left for the customer.
A lot better presented than our quote folder, (er hold on, we dont do quote folders now ) Product info' was a lot more comprehensive than ours.
the main issue was of course the price !
Why is there so much price difference ?
At the end of the day, it did come down to the price. So does the presentation make any difference ??
What i am tring to say is, Hillarys need to watch their backs, their complacent attitude to their position in the Blinds market, is no longer justified.
All confused and ready for a holiday...............................
