Like it or not we our Investors in Hillary's PLC
We might not have shares but we invest our resources.
Time, Vehicles, Running Expenses Equipment.
We trust that we are investing in a sound company.
We do not as a General Course receive any Financial Information. Sales Growth Profits etc which shareholders receive.
Most companies keep their staff informed.
Although this information is available it costs to do a search at Company House
Every Year in sales Talk you read we are breaking all records etc.
Then we told Conditions our bleak on High Street.
It is for some but not others.
The economy is not in recession
True the chancellor has cut his growth forcast but the Economy is still growing.
So why do Hillary's not send us a Company Report.

We may not get a copy each of Hillarys Annual Reports but this morning I got my .......(roll of drums..)
MONTHLY SELF MANAGEMENT REPORT...
Words fail me in trying to describe these documents, as there are now NINETEEN separate management areas that monitor OUR businesses.
Most laughably is the section on DOR's .. Total DORS Advisor Errors Advisor Error %
Where is the bit about crappy quality coming from Hillarys? No record kept of that apparently, IT DOES impinge on my costs , effectiveness, and profitability, but then its probably only me!!
I am sure these figures were compiled by some pallid, grey non-entity who does figures for the sake of figures and as I, and I am sure many many of you on this site, utterly ignore these documents, can I suggest to Ross Kenny that he cuts costs immediately by sacking the Dept that feels it so necessary to send out these utterly illogical, useless, factually wrong figures to people who have better things to do with their time--like sorting out crappy wooden venetians. ( They keep coming back even though I stopped selling them on quality grounds 6 weeks ago).
Is the compilation of these figures the full time task of FSM's? They seem to do little else!
STRANGE -- My average Blind Value is down!!! Remembering that these figures are based on prices nett of VAT and that the nett value of a blind sold on 3 for £99 is actually £28.03 then I am surprised that I even have a figure over £50.00!!!!!!!!!!!
My Average Order value is down SHOCK, HORROR!!
How can that be ....Let me guess

Thats because where I did sell at 3 for £99 and it was say into wood and easy and they wanted more then I confess to having sold 11 blinds once at £33 each, 8 several times and more than 4 on 4 or 5 other calls.
Where it was up a ladder into concrete, strangely the stock was sold out>.
If these are the figures our Esteemed Management , to whom all praise and glory and good tidings be extended) actually rely on then I am concerned where we are all going.
Oh Yes RIGHT NOW I need a number from my FSM because I mismeasured, ... can I get one can I hell. It has gone on hols already and left a message on its ansafone......
So I'll just have to make one up then , won't I.
What is it with Sillarys and petty HO "Stuff" does no one ever get into the field , up at the sharp end, and actually find out whats happening?
With regards to my MONTHLY SELF MANAGEMENT REPORT..
As Churchill said ( He used to read his mail while sat on the bog--I know as my Aunt worked on the telephone exchange at No.10 during WW2) and used to dictate replies by shouting through the door to a secretary sat on a chair outside.
" Dear Sir, Your communication is now before me, and shortly it will be behind me!"
And the same to Hillarys with this stupid "report"

PS Still no sign of my Xmas Card, and bottle of 12-year old Jamesons from Hillarys. Then also missing are 4 Silver venetians, 11 rollers, 6 pleated, two wands, and a correct Commission Statement, so there is still hope of a Carrier with them all on in time for promised deliveries....Oh sorry I forgot the Mad Mullahs in Colwick put a stop on anything that would facilitate customer satisfaction, and ease of task for Agents months ago.......I have never been so angry or annoyed in my bl**dy life as I am with this shower we've got RIGHT NOW.

Nonails..... You must be a mind reader..... ;D Just to add to the pettiness..... I have 3 woodens for a customer..all needed DORing due to splits, poor quality, and the 2 blinds to go side by side in the same window not being the same length or having the same number of slats... you know the sort of thing. When aplogising to the customer that they were so bad, the customer asked that 2 of the new blinds be made to go inside the recess this time, and not outside as originally wanted. This would hide the edges of the wood and also the top of the headrail which is open and not nice to look at. These blinds would also be smaller. Will HILLARYS REMAKE THEM SMALLER??? No!! Does the customer think we're MAD?? YES!! The only way to get them made smaller is for me to have 2 Agent Error fines. That's a bigger fine than the commisssion for seling, fitting and guaranteeing 3 rollers!! The b****y things need re-making anyway!!!!!!!!!

Its eas to get copy of accounts just go to companies house. But i warn you there are quite a few sub companies within the sillarys group.As for accounts im still trying to sort out my hillarys statement for outstandinfg deposits ect ,its the first account ive had in 3 months it looks like they owe me over £1100 in commision ... what a bullsup
