RECENTLY i got a DVD ABOUT WOOD BLINDS AND ROMANS
it had some people in who gave the impression I should know who they were.
At The Weekend I got Sales-talk although I only skimmed it I was no Too clear who was on the Front Cover and who was on Next Page,
I can Guess but it was not obvious,
Also I have not got a clue who the Regional Managers are.
Also what is their background. What companies have they come from.
Maybe I should know but I do not.

Ink jet good point!!! No idea who folks in dvd are--does it matter? As to Regional Managers and FSMs Are they the same thing?? I have had 5 different managers since I joined Hillarys , First one gave me my "Training" --ie 45 minutes in the back bar of a Midlands hotel, followed by 20 minutes a month later in a car in a carpark off the M1. Second one-I NEVER SAW OR MET IN 14 months. Third one was good, had done the job, knew the good and bad bits and was helpful--had a brain, and therefore went where he was appreciated. Fourth one was awful, full of bluster, bullying, threats and I totally ignored it. The present one is ineffectual, snide, and 2-faced and is a fully paid up Company bully who turns every point I make into my personal gripe and tells me its only me, ignores my calls, and hence I have cut all communication with it. I doubt if it realises I no longer speak to it. As far as its concerned I am a boring **** doing about £15k per month and I have no interest in discussing their time wasting incorrect Sillary statistics, and making a suggestion to it is tantamount to asking for the sack, as I "do not have the Hillary method about me". I'll just keep doing £15k per month and ignore it. Is a regional Manager and an FSM the same thing???. If they are different, then which one is our contact in the Area we work. If there are 2 layers why do we never see the other level? Surely there has only got to be one layer of Manager??? Nonails

?Regional Managers, ?FSM's, enough already!!!
I always thought there was one layer of Management below Melissa Bunyan, and us lot up at the sharp end.
Now if I believe what I read there is a danger of 2 levels -- Surely not...
Has anyone got a Management structure wall-chart or is it printed in the Hillary Company Diary, shortly to be mailed with your Corporate Xmas Card and bottle of hooch in the next few days?
There is only one payday bewteen now and Xmas anyway folks, so there is still a chance of some dripping for your crust on the 25th yet!! hallelujah....
Pass me the phone, I have to pay for a call to ring in three DORS---Wooden Venetians bahhhhhh humbug
Wooden work Wooden drop, Wooden fit, Wooden come with correct valance
From today my agency is stopping selling Wooden venetians, as they are poor, and cost me too much in time and money and Hillary giveaways to handle.
Get them right folks and I will sell them

I been here 15 years, and had more area manager than hot dinners, on average their stay in one area for 12 -18 months, then leave or are moved on, some have been good, most didn’t have a clue, but I preferred when their was called area manager as their job covered all the problems of running a agency, were as the FSM (field sales manager) as their are now, are only interested in one thing SALES any thing else is not in their work description, or a least when I ask anything it’s not I don’t know, I haven’t heard that one, I’ll look into it, You’re the only one with this problem, In other words it’s got nothing to do with sales. I don’t want to know. What their don’t seam to realize is no advisor go to lead and not want to sell, how the hell to do we make a wage if we don’t, I certainly don’t do this job for fun, what I do know is that all these MANAGER, FSM and alike will be having a better Christmas than us advisors. ANYWAY HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO EVER ONE.
LETS SEE WHAT 2006 BRINGS
