On arriving very early to a team meeting, I watched most people arrive for the meeting.
I noticed that all the advisors had their vehicles all liveried up, with various signs.WHY DIDN'T ANY OF THE F.S.M'S AND MANAGERS have theirs all signwritten up

d**n right they should be setting an example, my van has magnetic signs on it but this is so I can present myself professionally to cust, and spot me in the dark when I have gone up street twenty odd times trying to see house number in the dark
