Just come back from another customer wanting 3 rollers for £99. That's 3 windows - all 236cm wide - cream please. : I quoted £402, agreed to drop to £250, and STILL no sale. [glow=red,2,300]TOTAL TOTAL TOTAL waste of time!!!! [/glow] What do you all think of this idea as a compromise... Hillarys pay us, say £10, for each quote we send to them. This would just about cover our petrol and time, and inprove morale, which seems to be very low at the moment. It would also ensure Hillarys get the quotes...(at the moment I don't bother to send any as none get converted anyway) It would also encourage us to add availability to our diaries. (I have reduced mine due to this time wasting exercise of 3 for £99, and I suspect I'm not the only one?) I'm trying to be positive, and make positive suggestions. What about it Hillarys??? What about giving it a trial??

Yes, a complete waste of time. I have never been in more tower blocks and filthy homes in my life. Also, had 2 customers who on being told their windows did not qualify ( 2.5metres drop), insist on having half length blinds as they only want to cover the top half of the window anyway. I personally am "out of stock" on the 3 for £99 offer. Sam

3 for 99 We ran out of stock a month ago as far as I am concerned. Have been asked about them on most of my apps but have refused to sell them. The "no product of interest" button on my Sam is wearing out!
I cant wait untill my fsm confronts me about my recent drop in conversion rates!
If this type of promotion continues into the new year another advisor will be off into the sunset.

Joy - quite agree
It's a ploy by Hillarys at our expense to try and up-sell for their benefit, but when someone sees £99, that is what they intend to spend, and when they see the disgusting colours on offer, they shown us the door.
So much for saying we would not be seeing it again.
