My FSM knew I was on holiday, likewise Diary Maintenance. So why do I get back to an mailbox full of emails containing such as ' We couldn't get hold of you...........' 'Mrs Bloggs blind has fallen down, please ring her as we cannot contact you' Why oh why do they not check our diaries if our mobile is switched off. I was off ill recently, all the usual suspects were informed, FSM,DM. Day after day I got calls from Sales support.....'Where are you?' I had to phone all my fits to let them know I was incapacitated (Sciatica) but missed one out. 'Why have you not fitted this customers blind?' If I was in hospital in a coma who would contact the customers?
