TO whom it may concern, Why when a customer phones head office for to change a fit date some wise person re-books fit time for a week later and in my slots for sales appoint. OH! and why did they not phone agent to confirm this was alright. WHICH IT IS NOT. Is this being done to reduce time spent on phone ? Got my holidays in 3 weeks, do you want to phone travel agents and change that without telling me, you might as well.
