Don't know about the rest of you, but I find that cordless tools often out live their batteries. Probably due to the number of re-charges they get.
I've just found this website. www.global-batteries.co.uk Don't know if they're any good, but if anyone's in need of a new battery, or even just a higher Ah rating, might be worth a try
