I don't know about you, but if customers ask for samples, especially when you are leaving a quote, so they can show their partners, I sometimes struggle to remember to organise it, especially if I'm late home and the call center is closed, and thus I jeopardize the potential sale. I now order them for the customer whilst I'm still sitting with them. I have added a new feature to SAMAdvisor.co.uk , you can order samples online, via the Internet browser on your SAM device (Pocket PC) Hopefully you will find it easy to use, the fabrics are organised the same way as in the presenter so it should be easy for you to find the correct samples to send. Obviously you can still send an email to samples if you prefer, but I find simply clicking on what I want to send on the screen, is a lot easier than trying to stab out an email on the Pocket PC. Please note if you do this from your Pocket PC (SAM Device) whilst connected via GPRS you will incur data charges on your Vodafone bill, I am waiting to see mine this month to see what is costs, but it should be just a few pence each time. Also the 'Find' customer button is not yet working, this is there as a reminder to me to add this functionality as other parts of the site are developed. Why dont you ask for samples on the freephone number on the top of the order forms, use the customers phone as it will cost them nothing . Dont use your mobile as you will be charged
