can anyone tell me how to set up and send and receive emails on my sam

I dont know how to set it up through the SAM programme, but heres how I send e-mails through it.
First set up a web based e-mail account (yahoo, hotmail, etc) then you can access and send mail using internet explorer on the SAM device.
If anyone knows how to set up the actual e-mail account that comes with SAM i'd be only too glad to learn
