Just fitted 12 rollers. First 5 identical, single line order on SAM, qty 5. First time ever used this facility. But are they the same? Of course not - 3 have brown sidewinders and brackets, 1 has brown sidewinder with white brackets, 1 has white sidewinder and white brackets. Next pair, both brown sidewinders, 1 set brown, 1 set white brackets.
Now I'm always reluctant to slag off people I don't know, but this really makes you think .....
Are these people colour blind? - bet they've never been tested
Are they stupid? - unlikely
Do they get the same pay whether blinds right or wrong, so really don't care? - possibly
Is work load very high, rushing and not paying attention?
Is work load very low, so deliberately creating DORs for increase overtime?
I assume these people are on some form of bonus. I'd love to know if they get bonus second time around on remakes. If so, bloody good job to them
