Blinds ordered 23 March for fitting on 28 April (wooden would you believe- 7 x 50mm Tundra white)
26 April get phone call from Service centre " This order is in query, WHY?"
My reply "I dont know, I have not been contacted about this order.
Service Centre - "My apologies, it's not in query, we're awaiting parts can you contact customer.
Me - I'm not happy but I'll do it, When can I tell the customer they will be ready?
SC - I dont know.
Several phone calls and one month later
SC - Can you tell customer that 4 of the blinds are ready but tell her that we have discontinued 50mm tundra white, will she accept 35 mm instead for the remaining blinds.
Me - No, you tell her, I'm sure she'll be very happy with half her order in one size and the rest in another
