Louvre weights

Finding we was 6 louvre weights short & asking the service centre to send us 6 replacements. They keep sending them to us 1 at a time so far we have recieved 3 this has now been going on for several weeks.

I have being selling 5" verts like hot cakes this week.... I wonder if they will come with weights??

We have also been waiting for several weeks for ONE weight so that we can finally close an order and get payment. The customer must think we're mad when we say we're still waiting for it......

Just had a vertical headrail - split bunch - one half set up for 3 1/2" louvres, the other half for 5" !!

No comment from Advisor Support - the've probably seen it all before.

We've just had 3 out of the 5 verts for one customer come with half 5" and half 3.5" set up too!!! SO 3 more DOR's and another visit to the custome for NO PAY!!!

When are we going to get paid for these wasted trips that are totally the fault of Hillarys???

Mellisa...what's happened to you? You were going to give us an answer on this one?

PS Mick said this customer was the rudest he had EVER come across in 3 years. They had just moved into a mobile home (caravan really), and had a HUGE chip on their shoulder I think. Not the sort you want to have to return to with 3 DOR's

I have already had the one dor a day for a month. Is there a prize!!! Beat this 16 Capri Roller Blinds ordered in Cream. What arrived??
14 rollers in green. Dor raised got 14 blinds remade, the two original missing ones came three weeks later in GREEN!!!!!.
Worst week was 15 fittings 12 Dor'S
